dc.description.abstracten	This research emerged from my professional experience working in the joint housing (CA) sector, specifically the observation of women with children undergoing phototherapy for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, which is popularly known as "jaundice". Hyperbilirubinemia is classified as physiological and pathological, but in half of the cases it occurs physiologically and regresses spontaneously, when there is no such regression or there is a suspicion of being pathological, phototherapy treatment is instituted for this newborn (RN). During the empirical observation, some women had difficulties experiencing the phototherapy treatment of their children. In this perspective, the following study was outlined: maternal motherhood during neonatal phototherapy treatment. Objectives: to understand the mothering experience of the mother woman during the phototherapeutic treatment of her child in a joint accommodation and to discuss the contribution of nursing to the development of the motherhood from the experience of the mother woman during the phototherapeutic treatment of her child in joint accommodation. Methodology: This is a descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, developed from the narrative method of life. The scenario of the study was the AC of a Federal Hospital located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The corpus of the analysis was composed of 12 (twelve) mothers with children undergoing phototherapy in CA. This research was approved by the Ethics Committee under No. 1.978.251 (CEP / UNIRIO) and No. 2.029.169 (CEP / IFF / FIOCRUZ). Data collection was performed between March and August 2017. The analytical procedure used was the thematic analysis. Results: The analysis of the narratives allowed to identify three (3) analytical categories: (Re) to mean the mothering "in the light" of phototherapy; Maternal stressors experienced during phototherapy and Unveiling neonatal phototherapy. Final considerations: The statements made explicit that even the treatment of phototherapy being simple and non-invasive, in the eyes of women mothers became an experience permeated by many stressors such as: the distance from their family network, due to the increase in hospitalization time, to witness the son's physical expressions, and to take a firmer stance during these moments in order for the child to be treated, but the Nursing team was instrumental in enabling these mother-mothers to re-signify the imagined care for the child's arrival and to develop the satisfactory for each of them.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstractpt	Esta pesquisa emergiu da minha experiência profissional, atuando no setor de alojamento conjunto (AC), especificamente da observação de mulheres com filhos submetidos à fototerapia para o tratamento de hiperbilirrubinemia neonatal que é conhecida popularmente como “icterícia”. A hiperbilirrubinemia é classificada em fisiológica e patotológica, porém em metade dos casos se dá de forma fisiológica e regride espontâneamente, quando não há essa regressão ou existe a suspeita de ser patológica é instituído o tratamento da fototerapia a esse recém-nascido (RN). Durante a observação empírica algumas mulheres apresentaram dificuldades de vivenciar o tratamento fototerápico de seus filhos. Nesta perspectiva, delineou-se como objeto do estudo: maternagem da mulher-mãe durante o tratamento fototerápico neonatal. Objetivos: compreender a vivência de maternagem da mulher-mãe durante o tratamento fototerápico do seu filho em alojamento conjunto e discutir a contribuição da enfermagem para o desenvolvimento da maternagem a partir da vivência da mulher-mãe durante o tratamento fototerápico do seu filho em alojamento conjunto. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvida a partir do método narrativa de vida. O cenário do estudo foi o AC de um Hospital Federal localizado na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O corpus da análise foi composto por 12 (doze) mulheres-mães com filhos submetidos à fototerapia em AC. Esta pesquisa foi aprovada pelo comitê de ética sob o nº 1.978.251 (CEP/UNIRIO) e nº 2.029.169 (CEP/IFF/FIOCRUZ). A coleta de dados foi realizada entre os meses de março e agosto de 2017. O procedimento analítico utilizado foi a análise temática. Resultados: A análise das narrativas permitiu identificar 3 (três) categorias analíticas: (Re) significar a maternagem “à luz” da fototerapia; Estressores maternos vivenciados durante a fototerapia e Desvelando a fototerapia neonatal. Considerações finais: Os depoimentos explicitaram, que mesmo o tratamento da fototerapia sendo simples e não invasivo, aos olhos das mulheres-mães se tornou uma vivência permeado por muitos estressores como: a distância de sua rede familiar, em decorrência do aumento no tempo internação, presenciar as expressões corporais do filho, além de assumir uma postura mais firme durante esses momentos para que o filho fosse tratado, porém a equipe de Enfermagem foi peça fundamental para que essas mulheres-mães conseguissem ressignificar o cuidado imaginado para chegada desse filho e desenvolver a maternagem de maneira satisfatória para cada uma delas.	pt_BR
