dc.description.abstracten	In this study, I intend to apprehend the typical action of the nurse in the prenatal clinic which gives nursing care to pregnant women with high maternal and/or fetal risk. It has as objective: To identify the actions carried through for the nurses who act in the ambulatory ones of prenatal and that they give assistance to the pregnant women that present high maternal and/or fetal risk; To understand the meaning that the nurse attributes to the actions to attend pregnant women that present high maternal and/or fetal risk and To analyze the importance of the nurse in the context of the prenatal one that it attends the pregnant women that present high maternal and/or fetal risk. The study it was carried through in Public Institutions of Health in the City of Rio de Janeiro that attend to pregnant women with high risk the ambulatory level. It is characterized as qualitative research, and the Comprehensive Sociology of Alfred Schutz has being used as its methodological theoretician referential. The depositions of the eight nurses were obtained through the phenomenological interview and they have allowed from the "reasons-for", to understand the subjective action of those ones emerging as a concrete category of living: to propitiate the welfare of the pregnant and the baby. It was possible, from this point, to compose the typical action as “nurses when carrying through their actions have in sight the pregnant biopsychosocial welfare which presents high maternal and/or fetal risk and consequent risk to the welfare of the baby". The study has allowed the visualization of the function of the nurse in the high risk prenatal clinic, where her action is regulated in the nurse-pregnant relation, promoting holistic and humanized assistance, including the family, subsidized for the experience of a more conscientious gestation, benefiting not only the period of pregnancy, but the childbirth and puerperium, beyond the pregnant family as a whole.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstractpt	Neste estudo, busco apreender o típico da ação da enfermeira no ambulatório de pré-natal que presta assistência a gestantes que apresentam alto risco materno e/ou fetal. Tem como objetivos: Identificar as ações realizadas pelas enfermeiras que atuam nos ambulatórios de pré-natal e que prestam assistência às gestantes que apresentam alto risco materno e/ou fetal; Compreender o significado que a enfermeira atribui às ações de assistir gestantes que apresentam alto risco materno e/ou fetal e Analisar a importância da enfermeira no contexto do pré-natal que assiste as gestantes que apresentam alto risco materno e/ou fetal. O estudo foi realizado em Instituições Públicas de Saúde no Município do Rio de Janeiro que assistem gestantes com alto risco a nível ambulatorial. Caracteriza-se como pesquisa qualitativa, sendo utilizado como referencial teórico metodológico a Sociologia Compreensiva de Alfred Schutz. Os depoimentos das oito enfermeiras, foram obtidos através da entrevista fenomenológica, permitiram a partir dos “motivos-para”, compreender a ação subjetiva dos sujeitos emergindo como categoria concreta do vivido: Propiciar o Bem Estar da Gestante e do Bebê. A partir desta, foi possível construir o típico da ação como “As enfermeiras ao realizarem suas ações tem em vista o bem estar bio-psico social da gestante que apresenta alto risco materno e/ou fetal e conseqüente o bem estar do bebê”. O estudo permitiu a visualização da função da enfermeira no ambulatório de pré-natal de alto risco, onde suas ações são pautadas na relação enfermeira-gestante, favorecendo uma assistência holística e humanizada, incluindo a família, subsidiada pela vivência de uma gestação mais consciente, beneficiando não só o período gestacional, como também o parto e puerpério, além da família grávida como um todo.	pt_BR
