dc.description.abstracten	Fanfictions are stories written by a community of fans based on works that affect them through the use of the particularities of the plot and/or the characters. The participation of female characters in the plot is evidenced in various fanfictions, which modify the gender conformations in the stories. The aim of this paper is to examine the discursive construction of the character Sakura Haruno, originally from the manga Naruto, in the fanfiction Kill Your Heroes through a discursive analysis of the gender conformations in that story, with the aim of investigating how gender memories are updated in the fanfiction. It also aims to analyze how the character performs gender (BUTLER, 2003) and to what extent these performances formulate gender expressions that differ from those indexicalized (COLLINS, 2020 [2011]; SILVERSTEIN, 2003; 2006) in Naruto. The criteria chosen for selecting segments of fanfiction and manga are related to Mislher's study of turning points (2002) and the matrix of gender intelligibility presented by Butler (2003). The theoretical path presents concepts related to the following concepts: memory of creation (GONDAR, 2015), performance (PENNYCOOK, 2007; BORBA, 2014) and gender performativity (BUTLER, 2003). This paper concludes that the construction of the character Sakura in the fanfiction Kill Your Heroes oscillates between the characteristics normally attributed to the male and female genders, distancing itself from binarity by constructing Sakura as an aggressive, strong, rational and courageous girl; from the idealization of masculinity as a general rule by highlighting the character's emotions; and from the conception that her performances are made up of natural characteristics intrinsically related to her biological sex and gender by highlighting the construction of her courage.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstractpt	As fanfictions são histórias escritas pela comunidade de fãs baseadas nas obras que os afetam por intermédio da utilização das particularidades da trama e/ou dos personagens. A participação das personagens femininas na trama é evidenciada em diversas fanfictions, que modificam as conformações de gênero nas histórias. O presente trabalho visa a examinar a construção discursiva da personagem Sakura Haruno, original do mangá Naruto, na fanfiction Kill Your Heroes mediante a análise discursiva das conformações de gêneros na referida estória, objetivando investigar como as memórias de gênero são atualizadas na fanfiction . Objetiva também analisar como a personagem performatiza gênero (BUTLER, 2003) e em que medida essas performances formulam expressões de gênero que se diferenciam daquelas indexicalizadas (COLLINS, 2020 [2011]; SILVERSTEIN, 2003; 2006, tradução nossa) em Naruto. Os critérios escolhidos para a seleção de segmentos da fanfiction e do mangá se relacionam ao estudo dos pontos de virada de Mislher (2002) e a matriz de inteligibilidade de gênero apresentada por Butler (2003). O percurso teórico apresenta concepções relativas aos seguintes conceitos: memória de criação (GONDAR, 2015), performance (PENNYCOOK, 2007, tradução nossa; BORBA, 2014) e performatividade de gênero (BUTLER, 2003). O presente trabalho conclui que a construção da personagem Sakura na fanfiction Kill Your Heroes oscila entre as características normalmente atribuídas aos gêneros masculinos e femininos, se distanciando da binaridade, ao construir Sakura como uma menina agressiva, forte, racional e corajosa; da idealização do masculino como regra geral ao salientar as emoções da personagem; e da concepção que suas performances são constituídas por características naturais e intrinsecamente relacionadas ao seu sexo biológico e ao seu gênero ao evidenciar a construção da sua coragem.	pt_BR
